What locations can you serve?
Currently we are equipped to serve a large part of upstate NY. Syracuse, Rochester, Cortland, Oswego, Finger Lakes. Feel free to check with me about your area to see if we can accomodate. The plan is to expand as far as we can!
Do you provide other repairs?
Because of the specialized equipment needed to service vehicles, we are only set up to do tires at this time. If it has anything to do with tires, we can likely service it. Mounting, Balancing, Rotations, Winter-Studding, Aftermarket rim replacement, TPMS, valve stems, Flat Repairs... the list goes on.
What do I need to do to prepare?
Your vehicle must be parked on a hard, flat surface, with ample room around it to work. Generally speaking, if in a parking lot, it is best to park near the back. Security systems should be disarmed, and wheel lock keys need to be available. Some of the machinery can be noisy, so don't be alarmed with the sound of air release, impact wrench, a generator, and air compressor.
Are there any extra charges?
On a typical tire swap, the only extra charges you could incur would be valve stems ($2-5 per), waste tire disposals ($5 per), TPMS rebuild ($varies), NYS new tire fee ($2.50 per new tire you buy from us), and sales tax.
Can I buy my new tires directly from you?
Yes, but you don't have to! Most tires are available within 3 days, and you can leave the whole thing up to us. We can give you several options based on your needs and budget, although our website is not currently set up to browse.
If you prefer to shop for your tires yourself, we encourage that! There are several great resources online that point you toward the best tire for you.
Do you sell used tires?
Yes! Availability is constantly changing, feel free to check in with us for your needs. We also will install any used tires you supply in good conditon.
Are you insured?
Yes! We are fully compliant with all regulations, and keep an insurance policy to protect you from the unforeseeable.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes! We accept major credit cards, including American Express, in person, over the phone, or via an email invoice.
We can also accept other electronic payments such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.
